Rafael Bandeira

My name is Rafael Bandeira, I’m a 19 years old Brazilian devoted father and programmer.

I’m the lucky who has a wonderful 3 years old very smart and sensitive daughter called Marina, which lives part-time with me.

I’m a passionate programmer since I was 12 years old.

I’m a wild learner and an avid pupil who’s always thirsty for acquiring and sharing knowledge.
I like to act. I like to lead. I like to propose. I like to think. I like to learn.

I’ve already provided web based solutions and tools for corporative management and digital marketing on PHP, xHTML, Javascript and ActionScript, and I’m currently open to freelance jobs and part-time jobs.
I do consulting on web performance and web marketing, e-commerce, CRM and HRM development and implantation and PM development.

I love agile methodologies of project management.
I really want to work with SCRUM as the solid base of development management. I’m always applying for this one.

I really enjoy Open Source, it’s philosophy and community. I share as much as possible on PHP and Javascript universes. I’m currently working on side projects to be released under the BSD or the MIT license, all of them powered by CakePHP.
